HOw long must I wait?

How long does it typically take for a Dreams Unlimited agent to return your email? Just wondering if I should be worried. Thanks.

I expect a response from my assigned agent certainly within 24 hours, but it's usually less time than that.

If you are awaiting a response for an initial quote, then it might or might not be within 24 hours -- but I'd think certainly within 2 days.


Email is the method by which DU agents conduct all of their business. So it's not as though you are contacting them in a method that's not a primary means of communications. That is how they communicate with all of their customers.

It usually takes a maximum of 24-48 hours for my agent to get back to me.

I really enjoy DU, but on our first trip, we had a few bumps in the road with our first agent. She would take up to a week to get back to me. I finally emailed.. John, i think his name was, and he took care of it for me. We are now with Cathy Miller and LOVE her. I request her everytime we book a new trip.
