Written guest policies actually suggest you arrive only 5 min prior to ADR. That said, the 15 min grace period will cover you fine. And frankly, it is not an actual reservation so to speak, they do not have a table set aside for you with your name on it! I was late to CRT by about 15 min for an 8am (just really hard to wake up plus we had trouble finding our way to the pre opening entry!). Since you wait in line for photos there before dinner that also makes a prompt arrival slightly less necessary.
But, all of my FP+ wait times at SDMT have been 5 min. And they are very close to each other. If you enter at 5:25 (try for 5 min earlier, they are usually understanding) you should make it within a few minutes of your reservation. And frankly you have a decent chance at being on time!
