I'm pretty sure its an 85 foot drop. I love this ride too! :scared1:

I know I posted a reply to this earlier today but it's not here.
It is 85 feet. For more facts on Jurassic Park click here:

Facts about JP

I always thought it was a flat out 85 foot drop and at a pretty steep angle, but many people dispute over whether it is 84 feet or 86 feet. For short I just say 85 feet. For other fun info it is about 6 minutes long from over the first hill.

I've heard too that it's the steepest at 50 degrees I think? Since I always have my hands up its closer to 87'.

There's also a shoot-the-chutes at Oakwood Park in Wales that's just as steep as Perilous Plunge. It's called Hydro, and unfortunately it too threw a rider to her death ...

Man thats crazy. I thought JPRA was at a steeper angle than DDRRSF. Where did you here this?

Universal sites. I thought it was pretty obvious just by riding them. Dudley is also supposedly the only flume that gets steeper as it goes down.

It is. It starts out dropping at 45 degrees, then increases to 50 degrees.
