How long is reasonable?

I have a question. I received a 20% off discount email yesterday from Disney yesterday. I sent an email to my TA yesterday at 6:30pm to see if we could use this code against our current reservation in September. I have yet to hear back from my TA and in looking at my reservation online nothing has been done. My TA by the way is DU.

Am I being unreasonable expecting at least an acknowledgement? I am just afraid that the rooms with available codes will be gone.

If you left a message at 6:30pm that is probably after business hours and maybe that TA was out today or something. I would give it until Monday before getting too upset.
