How long from MCO to the resort?

Hi everyone! This will be our first time flying into MCO. We will take DME to our resort, Port Orleans Riverside. Our flight arrives in Orlando at 9:45AM. We will be meeting my mom at the resort. She is driving in from southwest Florida. Could someone give me a ballpark guesstimate of what time we will arrive at the resort? Thanks!!

We have always been checked in within an hour of our arrival time! They move you through pretty quick!!

The moderates and deluxes must have really short checkin lines.....

It always takes us over an hour just to wait in line and check-in to All-Stars or Pop.

Magical Express is the short part of the process at about 50 minutes for us.

Usually... mostly because they also typically have 25% of the number of check ins per day.

Her drive is about 2-2 1/2 hours, so if she leaves around 8:30am we will be in good shape to meet up around 11ish.
