How long from Landing to Checking In?

Hiya Guys.

We'll be arriving shortly @ WDW and was just wondering if anyone, going by past experiences, could tell me how long it will take from landing at Orlando International @ 2.30pm to checkin in at FWC.

We are in Virgin PE and are using Dollar Express for our car hire.

Your past experiences would be most appreciated

Depends on lots of things, immigration took us 15mins one time then 2 hours the next, also the last time 3 delayed flights got in at the same time and we waited for another 2 hours nearly in a huge car hire line!!
Fingers crossed though 3 hours max?

Whoa, I'm more interested to know which Virgin flight lands at 2.30pm! I'm on the VS027 (the earlier one) and that doesn't land until 3.25pm - have Virgin added more flights to the schedule?

I can't get there early enough!

i used to wrok for VA and never had an early flight like that, I am too on the 16 gets into mco for half 3 if on time

Just checked and our Flight number is VS075 out of Manchester.

Also even better news we land even earlier than I thought , only by 10 minutes though.

we just had a step by step discussion on your journey ha ha. We decided that the quickest we've done it is 1 1/4 hours but we were first in line to immigration (which makes an immense difference) and bags and car collection very smooth. At most it has taken 2-2 1/2 hrs so it totally depends on so many factors. Expect it to take longer then any gained time will seem like a bonus rather than that you've missed disney time!

Flying PE should get you into immigration at the front of the line and doing this we have done touchdown to car in 45 mins then it is about 30 mins drive.

When we arrived after the BA plane and had to queue in immigration we went to the right of the immigration hall and they opened an additional line so it only added about another 15 minutes but I dread to think how long the poor people at the back of the queue stood there for! (one of the reasons I can never understand why people get so excited about the seats at the back of the plane )
