How Long For Wdw Reply?

How long should I expect to wait for
a response to an email sent to wdw.guestservices?

I emailed them last spring several times and never got a reply. I also called several times.

I emailed with some praises and one complaint after our December trip. I got an email two weeks later and a promise that they were "reviewing them with the areas concerned" and that I should hear back in a couple of weeks. That was a week ago...we will see.

I both emailed and snailmailed a letter of praise for someone at guest services who had gone out of his way to be of assisstence. I never received any acknowledgement of either one.

Most times within in 2 or 3 days.
Although on the other hand, sometimes I have not received a response at all.
If you do not here within a week, I would e-mail again expressing concern as to why you have not received a response.

Okay-anyone have any ideas (CSR's
aren't helpful on phone).

It was three months before I received a response. I mailed a letter on October 10th or 11th and just received a call yesterday afternoon.
