I called member services tonight to transfer points from one of our contracts to another to book a spring trip. They took care of the transfer, hung up, went to book the trip but they aren’t there . Now member services is closed. How long should I expect it to take before they show? They are already gone from the first account. Or is this something they will need to book for me (in which case I’m kicking myself for not having them book it while I was on the phone).
