How long for ROFR?

We sent in a deposit for an OKW resale 2 weeks ago. How long does it take for ROFR? Thanks in advance.

Once the offer has been officially submitted to Disney, DVC has 30 days to exercise their right of refusal or allow the purchase to continue. At times, they will take the entire 30 days and then take the contract and at other times they will pass on it quickly. There hasn't appreared to be any pattern, but they can take up to 30 days -after submission of the offer.

I think it depends o how dilegent your sales rep is. #5 days after Disney got our contract and our rep still knew nothing, I happened to get a different rep in the office, who made a call and found out that Disney had taken the contracts more than 2 weeks before. Disney contacts the seller, not the broker, if they want the contract, so your rep needs to be willing to make some calls to keep you posted.

Ours took about 2 weeks. It was 50 VWL points (all 2002-2004 points included) for $70.
