My family had to check out early from our hotel stay on points. On Tuesday I called Member Services about this, and to my surprise the cast member said they would return the points to our account. She said to allow some time as the points wouldn't appear immediately, but it's now almost 72 hours. Should the points be showing up by now? I would think so, but don't want to prematurely call Member Services either!
