Those e-mail links on the site are mostly intended for non-urgent general questions about WDW policies, or about resort amenities - "If I made a reservation for Thanksgiving, when would I have to pay?" or "Are there in-room babysitting services available at Port Orleans Riverside?" They don't really have a mechanism for quick e-mail responses to specific questions about existing guest reservations.
I wouldn't expect an answer in less than a week, and the answer you get may be "Please call 407-WDISNEY for assistance with your reservation."
