How long for response to email??

I sent a email regarding my reservation today, I used the contact us email form on the Disney website. How long does it usually take to get a response from Disney?
Should I have used a different email address?

I never email them when I'm seeking an immediate response. It has, at times taken over a week to get a response and/or a follow up from someone with the ability to help me. If I need something done to my reservation, I always call.
 
What were you asking about?

If I needed a response quickly, I would not use email. I would call.
 
Those e-mail links on the site are mostly intended for non-urgent general questions about WDW policies, or about resort amenities - "If I made a reservation for Thanksgiving, when would I have to pay?" or "Are there in-room babysitting services available at Port Orleans Riverside?" They don't really have a mechanism for quick e-mail responses to specific questions about existing guest reservations.

I wouldn't expect an answer in less than a week, and the answer you get may be "Please call 407-WDISNEY for assistance with your reservation."
 

We always call, as it saves us the headache of waiting for an email which can take up to a week and a half to get a reply to.
