How long for reply once you sign up?

I've been waiting for a few days now to get my "password" so that I can get on the disavers site. How long does it usually take? I'm starting to get a little worried.

Your payment is not showing up on our PayPal account. I sent you an email a few minutes ago asking for you to forward your receipt to me. In the interim, I've activated your membership.
