How long for refund for cancelled flight?

Delta cancelled our Oct. flight. I was never called, but thanks to these Bds., I checked the flight thru the website and learned of the cancellation. I requested a refund for one ticket and that my Skymiles be returned to the account for the other ticket. Just got my credit card bill and refund isn't on it. Is it too soon to question them?

I'd call them. We cancelled Delta flights after a flight change and our refunds were on the credit card within a couple of days.

Delta took 2 months to *charge* our last flight with them. While that's unusual, refunds usually do take awhile. When I'm waiting for a charge/refund, I usually get my most recent transactions via the phone or the Internet if possible. Then I don't have to wait for the bill to come.

I wouldn't be concerned about the refund yet and would wait one more billing cycle before calling Delta. But, if you have the time, it doesn't hurt to call and ask for an update on the refund process.

for some reason it oculd take up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your CC>

I cancelled a flight with DL because my arrival time was changed from the original reservation to over fours hours difference. The credit appeared on my card within days.
