Delta cancelled our Oct. flight. I was never called, but thanks to these Bds., I checked the flight thru the website and learned of the cancellation. I requested a refund for one ticket and that my Skymiles be returned to the account for the other ticket. Just got my credit card bill and refund isn't on it. Is it too soon to question them?
While that's unusual, refunds usually do take awhile. When I'm waiting for a charge/refund, I usually get my most recent transactions via the phone or the Internet if possible. Then I don't have to wait for the bill to come.
