how long for proofs

It has only been 3 weeks today since our wedding but I check my email several times a day as I am dying to see some pictures. I am waiting on both Randy and Disney. I know they said a specific time frame but I just tuned it out. How long should it take? thanks

I would check your contract because every single photographer is different, and some even vary the timelines based on time of year (busy vs slow season). I say three weeks for digital processing, and then I mail it (provided that the customer is paid in full).

3 weeks isn't bad but I was just hoping it isn't like 2 months. I can't believe we didn't bring our own camera. I keep hinting to the guests to upload their photos but maybe I need to beg

Disney Event Photography has a bad habit of not notifying you when your photos are posted online. I only found mine by guessing the login using the combination most people post when they share their Disney photos.

In the past, Disney has turned photos around in about 2 weeks, but there are occasionally delays. I'd email the contact at DEP just to be sure the notification didn't get lost in the ether...

I got married on 6/14/10 and we got teasers from Randy about a week ago. Then we a few hundred posted on the photoreflect.com site 4 days ago. I just got home from grocery shopping at about 1pm today and my CDs were here delivered by UPS.

I got my MK pictures posted online from DPS about a week and a half ago. Haven't gotten the proofs or 4x6's yet.

How exciting that you have your CD!! I remember when your teaser pics went up as I hoped mine were right behind.

I found the log in in your trip report but no pics. Is Bridal Portrait at the end of all log ins?

Yes, you have to put in the whole phrase including Bridal Portrait to log in.

What date was your wedding? Email him and just ask for an update. That's what I did and I got the photoreflect.com site link sent to me from that email.

I did email Disney and ask. I couldn't log into their site. I figured there pictures would be up quicker as they took a lot less then Randy. It has only been 3 weeks.

I did email Randy and ask him about airbrushing so maybe he will have a few for me. My cake had a very large air bubble on the top layer (I guess that is what you call it). I had heard that could happen because of the heat but had hoped it didn't. I am so hoping that it can be airbrushed out as I really wanted the pictures with it.

My online photos took about 3 weeks I believe. The proofs came about 6.5 weeks later....I was really annoyed!

I heard back from DPS and my pictures are ready. I guess today was the due date. Bryan did our wedding and I am so pleased with the pictures. I can't wait to see Randy's but I blown away by Bryan's.

Ty did our dessert party and he had a lot more photos then I expected and I am thrilled with them too.
