how long for documents??

Hello! We booked 5 nights in two rooms at HRH for July 25-30. I booked this in January. They took the one night deposit for each room out of my account right away. When will I recieve any info about this trip? I have not recieved any emails, letters, nothing!!! was wondering when I should expect some paperwork? Or if I should call about it?

They don't send out a package like Disney does, but you should have already gotten an email (just like any hotel reservation). I think you should go ahead and call and ask them to resend the email. Hopefully you still have your confirmation number.

In the past I've been told to allow 48 hrs. to receive the email confirmation. I don't know why it takes so long but it does. Only once in many visits did they have my email address spelled wrong. (Mine is way too long anyway so now I have them read it back to me to make sure it's correct.)
If you're worried, just call back. You should have been given a confirmation # on the phone. Also for some reason if you book by phone, you can't access your ressie on the website. Last time, I booked online for the 1st time and then I could access it but never got an email.

If you bought a package it seems to take forever for them to send the confirm but I would do what the other posters said and give them a call cause they did me that way last year and I kept calling to confirm it and they told me not to worry I was fine

all you need is the confirmation number of the ressie.

if you do want an email for confirmation, call and they will send one out.


they are good when a guest has a request such as yours.
