How long for Disney Visa Rewards to show up after Add-On?

We just added on and took advantage of the $500 Disney Visa rewards offer. We gave our guide our Disney Visa reward card number that he said they needed to have the $500 put on. It's been almost a month and all of our other paperwork seems to have gone through, but I was wondering how long it might be before the $500 will show up on my Rewards card... or if I need to call our guide back to follow-up on it.

Anyone else get theirs???

I think that I recall our guide saying that it would take one or two complete billing cycles for the reward dollars to show up. We would not get them in time for our Jan. trip but would have had them in time for our march trip.

I made the purchase into DVC at the beginning of October and for the December bill, the 500 reward dollars were on the card.

Thank you so much for the reply. We added on in November, so I'll look for them in January or February. I wanted them for when we have spring break in late March / early April so they should be there for that.

This deal was only for holders as of 9/30 - correct? We just got our disney card, and have only paid 50% of our DVC membership - we're paying the remainder in a few days. If I change the card to my disney card do you think I would get the reward dollars?

You had to be a card member before 9/1/07 and the deposit had to be applied directly from DVC to qualify.

I bought my DVC in September and my $500 showed up on my Visa bill this month

$500 disney dollars for my April trip, can't wait.
I already have ADR's at some great restaurants to help spend those DD's.

We bought in October and I thought it would show up on this month's statement...it didn't. I'm debating calling my guide or waiting 1 more month to see if it comes through then. I would hate to wait too long and not be able to track down an error.

It's May. Six months after we bought our points and we FINALLY got our $500 Disney Reward dollars. Apparently what happened was I gave our guide our Disney Rewards card number - the card that we have transfer reward dollars to when we want to use them. But that turned out to not be the number that he needed, so after I called him about it in March, he researched it out and was able to find out what "number" we needed to give him (it's a different number that we can find on our statement), so we provided that in early April and now finally in May, the dollars showed up. It was disappointing that it took this long to get them because we had hoped to use them for spring break, but hey - as DVC owners, we always have the opportunity to go to WDW (or other Disney related travel). In fact, we're going next weekend!

Anyway, just wanted to follow-up as I know I've posted here before about not getting it. Hooray!

What exactly do you get? I added on at AKV yesterday and gave them my Disney Visa ( then paid it ). What will I get as far as Disney dollars?

Tammymacb - this was part of an incentive they had running last fall... it just took us this long for it to FINALLY show up after adding on our points. Incentives vary.
