How long for Diagon Alley and Gringotts????

About how long does it USUALLY take to explore Diagon Alley... i know theres a lot of different factors... lets assume we explore maybe 75-80% of what there is to explore..... How much of that time is for Escape from Gringotts??? assuming we get there first thing in the morning and are able to walk through the line without much of a wait. just curious as how to plan our time. thanks!

We actually spent more than a couple of hours exploring the shops, watching the entertainment, and generally hanging around after we rode Gringotts the first time (the wait was under an hour). It really depends on you and what how you explore, I think. Will you go in every shop and look at much of the mechandise and the decor, will you stop and explore every window and watch people use their 'magic' wands, will you spend the time to watch the two acts on stage, eat a meal, or get a butterbeer? Or are you the type to just look around and not poke around?
