We canceled our cruise today and rebooked it to a better priced guarantee rate on that same sailing. How long does it normally take for the canceled cruise to clear out of their system? When we look in the Cruise App or online it show both bookings even tho one has been canceled. Is there anything we need to do on our end?

That happened to us. You might need to clear out your cache to update the website or app. That did the trick for us.

Did the same Tuesday. Mine is still showing also. They told me it would take a couple days when I asked why both cruises were still showing in my app. But, it has been a couple days and it is still there. Seems like a new glitch.

I canceled 2 cruises last Tuesday and both disappeared off the apps (2 different accounts) immediately.🙄

did you check on Disneycruise.com to see if it’s still in your account there?

I have a cancelled cruise that's been on the website since DCL's website "upgrade" (cough) even though I clear my cache daily. Even called in about it once. The DCL rep couldn't see it on her side, even though it was on my computer with all the details just like my non-canceled cruise. She blamed it on the upgrade. It's still there, months later. I'm assuming it will finally disappear once that cruise sails.

I had a cruise cancelled and re-booked yesterday - in the same rooms (we added placeholders) - and it was (and still is) showing up twice. So I have room 1234 and room 1234 and also room 1236 and room 1236 (fake room numbers as example).

Anyway, I'll clear the cache to see if that fixes it. I've never seen that happen before.
