How long for banked points to go through?

I banked points yesterday and want to book something for next year with those points but it won’t let me yet. It doesn’t show them available but I do have a confirmation email. How long does it take for banked points to go through so you can use them?

When I've banked points, they've shown up in the next UY immediately.

They should be available now. What is your UY and what are your trying to book?
 

What UY did you bank and what UY is your trip.?

It is automatic so if it’s not letting you use them iis it possible you didn’t need to bank?

For example, if I am booking a trip in 2022 with my Dec UY, I don’t need to bank any 2021 points unless I am booking Dec 2022…the rest of 2022 falls in my 2021 UY.

But if what you banked were 2021 points into 2022 and your trip is indeed in your 2022 UY, then you need to call because it’s an error.
 
So, I noticed that I can actually see the banked points but it isn’t giving me my regular 2022 points with it. I have a March use year and I’m trying to book something in April. It shows the 130 points I banked but not my regular 210 points for that year. It is trying to get me to borrow from my 2023 year points instead. 😔 And member services isn’t open today.

Your dashboard should be showing you your 210 points for 22, 23, and 24 (plus the 130 banked points in 2022). What does it show for 2023 and 2024?

The dashboard is showing it correctly. Shows 340 for 2022 and 210 for 2023 and 2024. It’s when I go to book my trip that 2022 only shows the 130 banked points and it wants me to borrow the rest from 2023.

You don’t have more than one contract do you? If you do, are both of them checked when you go to book?

Trying to see if there is anything that it could be other than a glitch.
 
FWIW I also saw posts on Facebook where they weren’t seeing February 2022 UY points for a March 2022 booking so this could definitely be a new bug on the site.

Nope, just one contract. It’s our first contract so I was trying to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong but I don’t see anything I’m missing.

I got nothing else for you then. Since it doesn’t sound like you have any trips already booked…the dashboard would not show the 210 if you did…it does seem like an issue with the site.

So sorry.
 
Ugh, this is so weird. The only time I had a problem similar to this was when I was booking riviera. I noticed one of my contracts didn’t show up and I could not figure out why. I wasn’t going to use that contract anyway but it concerned me for a moment. Then I realized it was a contract we bought after the RIV restrictions went in place.
