How long for a response on offer?

We put in an offer for a contract we liked on Friday night via https://www.dvcbyresale.com/

I got a form letter via email on Saturday, which I replied to to confirm. And then emailed again today as well as leaving a voicemail.

I haven’t heard anything yet - thoughts?

I haven't used that one before but I know some of resale agencies do limited work on the weekends. I put in a offer on a Friday once and didn't hear back until Monday. Hopefully you'll hear something back by tomorrow.

I think response time totally varies. We put in an offer in on Thursday late afternoon at www.dvcresalemarket.com and it was accepted within 5 minutes. I feel we were lucky, just submitted the offer at the right time.

Depends on how long the seller takes to reply too; and if it's international you may be in a complete opposite time zone!

It varies but I've never really expected responses over the weekend although that can happen.
