How long for a reply?

I am not sure if this is the place I need to ask, but wasn't sure where else to do this? We are planning a trip to WDW next December. After reading some posts that WL and Poly are already booked and recommendations for DU, I sent in my reservations request. It has been a week and besides my confirmation they received my request, I have not heard back from DU. Did I do something wrong, do I need to send in another request or are they waiting for something to open? I am beginning to get ansy. Any thoughts?

First I'd check your spam folder. Then, I would send an email to DU. They respond quickly. I've never waited more than several days-and that was over a holiday weekend. I have had them respond on a Sunday. Touch base again.
FWIW, I'm very happy with their service.

Wow! I am a little embarrassed You were right about the Spam folder and I never even thought of it. They replied the very next day. Thanks so much for your help!
