How long does Mardi Gras last?

I know that it starts at 8pm but how late into the night does it go?

The parade starts about 8, the concert at about 8:30 and lasts as long as the performer plays which is about 30 minutes or so. When the parade starts, the rest of the park, excluding the shops and resturants, closes. You can then take the party to CityWalk which is loads of fun, and that party lasts until 2 A.m.

All of the concerts I've seen (this year and before) went well beyond 30 minutes, usually to 9:45 or 10. Of course, you can leave at any time without any problem.

My kids say it was over an hour that Taylor Hicks performed for.

Donna Summer did about an hour and a half, sang for about a half hour and talked about how great it is to be her fro the rest.

Huey Lewis did about an Hour and three quarters, all singing.
