How long does it typically take...

to get tickets from UT? This will be my first time ordering tickets from this company. Could you let me know your experiences and approximately how long it takes to get them in the mail-i.e. how far in advance of my trip do we need to order them? Thanks so much!

They promise delivery within 10 business days of the order being placed. Before you purchase your tickets the website will tell you the latest day they would be delivered. I just purchased some last minute tickets for Universal - they are scheduled to be delivered the day before we leave. I trust underground to get them there even earlier - not later. We ordered our WDW tickets well in advance and got them within the same week. I already got an email letting me know our Universal tickets have been shipped.

We live in Massachusetts and I ordered tickets from Undercover Tourist on Sunday 1/17 and received them in the mail yesterday 1/25.
Mousesavers Jan. newsletter had a link to UT and there was a special lower rate on tickets.

I ordered universal tickets two weeks ago on a tues and got them on a friday

We got ours within 8 days and it had to travel to Canada so that was a good time.
