How long does it take....

to get the VKL Vouchers from Hotwire Savings? We are leaving on the 18th and was just wondering if I had enough time to order? Also, heard that these can be used at DTD Rainforest Cafe now, anybody heard the same?

I think they usually recommend 10 business days. It should say on the site.

I ordered Q&C vouchers last year 3 weeks before my trip last December (ordered them in mid-November). They didn't even process the order until December 2nd. Needless to say, they did not arrive before my departure early on December 10th.

As it turns out, I never did receive the vouchers and am still battling trying to get my money refunded! They claim I received them; I know I didn't!

Don't base any decisions to do business with them on my experience--I read many more positive reviews than negative before trying them! Everyone I talked to in the call center (methinks it is overseas, based on the accents and the fact they don't know US geography!) was very nice, but not at all helpful. I don't have time to fuss with it, so I'm chalking it up to experience.

They now have upgraded shipping options - I think you pay like $10, and have it in 2 days. And there was another option too - don't know the details.

I have never had to pay for shipping for hotwire. I have always received all of my orders within one week.

I have never seen an option where you can opt to pay more. Maybe this is something really new. The last hotwire order I placed was about 2 weeks ago.

They lost my orders (>$2000) and I am still struggle on this. They are not helpful when there is a problem they have to face ( http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=582760). Otherwise, they are mr. nice guys, on the phone.

I suggest go for upgraded delivery option since those should be faster and more reliable, especially if you want it quick.
