I haven't cashed in for one for months. But in the past, MyPoints seemed to redeem them once a month, in batches. So that everyone that was waiting for one would receive them on the same day. It was usually around the 2nd or 3rd week of the month. But it also depended on whether you redeemed in time to get into that month's batch.
