I was curious because I was thinking of getting hotel stay at kissimmee since i found a cheaper one. but i have no idea how long it is from there either.

The time getting into the garage and the gates solely depend upon how busy they are. Sometimes it takes 5 mins and other times it takes 20 mins...there really is no way to tell. The earlier you can get there...the better.

I think it's about 15 mins walking...PBH is the furtest resort...not sure about the boat.
