How long does it take to get DVCmember.com activation code?

Hi all!

I am a new member as of 5/1. I still haven't received my activation code for the DVC website. My guide told me that if it hadn't been received by Tuesday, May 19, I should call her. I did, and she was supposed to pass the info along to Quality Assurance. Now it's been another ten days and I still don't have it. Is this normal? How long have other newbies waited?

I'm waitlisted for an upcoming trip and would like to be able to use the site...

Have you not received the big packet of info from DVC? We got ours in about 5 days after calling and putting down our down payment last year (big FedEx box with all the paperwork). In there was a DVC folder, and inside the front cover was a little business card with the number to call QA. If you get in touch with them, they can give you your log-in info to get onto the site.

Just call Membership Services, they can get you set up.
