How long does it take for phone ADR's to update in the online system?

I booked an ADR this morning over the phone & it has not yet shown up in "My Reservations" online.

How long does this typically take to update? I already tried clicking "update reservations."

Just assumed it takes a few hours, but not sure how long?

There should be a place where you can click to "find missing reservation" or "retrieve reservation" on the website under "my reservations". I called for HDDR reservations this morning and within 5-10 mins of hanging up, I was able to retrieve the reservation that way. I just needed my reservation number and phone number to access it.
