How long does it take for a WebCertificate to come?

That would depend upon where you cashed out. My last Webbie from MyPoints came in about a week. At CR, Chris batches his orders and does them once per month. If he just ordered a batch, it can take another month to get yours. I'm not sure about any others.

I cashed out last week and am waiting for my Webbie (first one ) My account shows that the points are "Pending Redemtion". Should I be on the lookout for an email or is there somewhere I should be checking the status?

In order to keep track of your redemption, you need to bookmark the very last page that appears after you redeem. The status of your award will change from "pending" to "shipped" on that page when MyPoints has determined that there were a sufficient number of legitimate points in your account. That does not mean that the award has actually been shipped. You will also see the points on the home page go to 0 next to "Pending Redemption".

I cashed out last week on 3/3 for 2 webbies but have not received them as of today. They were "shipped" last Thursday. The time before that took exactly 7 days from the date that I cashed out.

Those two webbies were in my e-mailbox this morning (3/11)! Woohoo! I'm gonna have a pantry full of Tupperware and pay for Park Hopper Passes all courtesy of MyPoints!

I redeemed for a $25 webbie on 2/28. I received the e-mail from webcertificate.com last night, so it was less than two weeks. I'm almost ready to redeem again, just waiting for a couple of more things to credit.

Two of us in my family cashed out from MyPoints on 2/28/03. We both got our webbies on 3/11/03. Hope yours comes soon!

I guess it's a good sign that the status of the Webbies I cashed out for (through MyPoints) on 3/10 is now set at "shipped" and the points have been subtracted from my account. Let's see how long until I get the actual Webbies.
