How long does it take for a sold DVC contract to leave your account?

I recently sold one of my DVC contracts for the first time. The closing was exactly a week ago but the contract is still showing up in my dashboard. How long does it typically take for the contract to leave your account after closing? This contract was bought by Disney through the ROFR process if that matters. Payment has already been received for the sale of the contract.

Same here. It took weeks after receiving payment for the contract to disappear.

Mine took about 3 weeks after closing before it was removed. I don't think it goes any faster through administration when Disney buys it either.

Well over a week after I got my payment.

I think it took about one entire month for my Poly contract to not show on my end.

On the buyer side, my points showed in my account 2 weeks after closing. My guess is the seller still has the contract showing in their account but they can’t use them.

Actually, until the contract goes to the new owner, it is usable.

The process is done the same time so the seller of your contract would have seen it disappear the same day it showed up for you.

I have sold quite a few and the timeline is always different.
