How long does dinner at Be Our Guest take?

Hey guys. I managed to get a dinner reservation at Be Our Guest for 6:30, and the fireworks start at 8:00. Will this be enough time to eat and see the fireworks? Or do you suggest I try and change the time of the reservation to about 5:00-5:30? What is the view of the fireworks like around the Be Our Guest restaurant as I doubt we'd have enough time to make to the front of the castle. Thanks all!

Also curious as I haven’t been since it went to prix fixe. Have a reservation for 5:50 on a party night and would like to finish right as the party starts.

I don't think it is enough time. It was a VERY slow meal when we went, and there is often a wait to be seated on time of the actual dinner time.

Be Our Guest unfortunately is a restaurant that is always "running a little behind", unless one of the first reservations. We have always had to wait past our reservation time. If you can, I'd suggest changing your time.

You can see the fireworks, like PP you will be surrounded by them. However, if you are going for HEA you will miss the projections on the f ront of the castle.

The last time we ate there, the meal was about 90 minutes.
With a 5:50 ADR, you might get seated by 6. Not likely to be done by 7.
Personally, I would either move the ADRs earlier or skip it. While the party officially starts at 7, lines to M&Gs are forming around 5 for the popular ones, if that matters.

Only had dinner there once and they were very slow. We had a 7:45pm ADR, they were running nearly 45 min behind, and we were out just a little before 10pm. It is a neat spot for fireworks viewing, even if it isn't ideal.

Well was there last week and it took about 90 mins but this was just for the 2 of us, it was a slower paced dinner and they were pretty busy, checked in @5:50 and was seated at 5:55, ADR was for 6PM, met beast first thing then off to dinner but as usual YMMV

It obviously depends, but I think 90 minutes is on the low end, with 2 hours being more likely. If you were quick, you might get out in time, but you wouldn't have time to go get a good spot for the fireworks. You won't enjoy yourself if you are rushing through it anyway, so I recommend trying to change it or plan for fireworks another night.
