How long does a meal at California Grill generally last?

Hey, all! My DH and I have a reservation at California Grill for 5:35. What are the odds that we will still be having dinner when Wishes rolls around? Would it be feasible to stretch out a meal there for 2.5 hours? Any advice would be super helpful!

Even if you finish earlier, you can give up the table, go down to 4 for shopping or arcade or visit the bar, and get a pass to come back and go outside and watch the fireworks on the viewing platform.

ours lasted about 2 hours with 3 courses and plenty of time in between them. I can't imagine lingering much longer unless the kitchen is very slow. We were there during wishes but they told us when we reserved we could come back later to watch. No mention of vouchers, I got the impression you would check in again before getting on the elevator.

My general rule of thumb is to allow between 90 minutes to two hours for a Signature three course dinner. It can be slower, but I've only had a few meals that took over two hours (most were due to long waits between courses or a long wait to be seated).

It's not a pass. You check in again on the second floor, show your receipt from your dinner and you'll be able to go up and see the fireworks.

Depending on the number of courses you order signature restaurants typically take about 90-120 minutes. I've only had one that took longer and that was because it seemed like the kitchen was out of sync and there were l-o-n-g waits between courses.
