We did 10 days last October & by the 8h day I was ready to go home :faint: (we didn't take enough breaks & smell the roses :flower3: We will not be doing that again)...just curious..how long are your trips to Disney world?

We take 7-8 days and sometimes I wish we had another one. I think 2 weeks would be to long for us.

We usually do a 7 day trip. But to me, that's not even long enough. I would like a longer trip to "relax and smell the roses". :rose:

With four of us which includes two teens, we can't financially swing more than 7 nights. We all wish we could take our time and stay for two weeks, though.

We usually arrive on Sunday morning and depart on Friday night.

We did an 11 day trip once....that was a few days of too much togetherness.

Now that you mention it...most of our trips, anywhere, are for five nights...hmmmm

The last time was seven days. Though, I do want to extend our trip to be there for at least 8-9 days so we can relax through some of it so we're not completely "on the go" consistantly. For our next trip we want to go to Universal for 2 days.

I feel the same way, we do the 7 day trip too.

We typically do a week, but last time I took 2 weeks off.

Not counting drive time we were at our resort for 12 days. We did WDW 10 days. For me, it still wasn't enough time.

I'd like to do another 2-week trip again.

we do about 17 days most trips and we go twice a year!

i KNOW..! Im spoiled!

We always go to Orlando for a week, but usually do 4 days of Disney and 2 days of Universal/IOA......this summer we are taking a 2 week honeymoon and going to Florida, but we are doing a week cruise, 4 days at Disney and 3 days at Cocoa Beach--I'm sure 4 days won't be enough! :teeth:

10 to 13 days -- we enjoy taking our time and relaxing---like to enjoy the resorts and visit family if I am able to ( FL is my home state :sunny: )

We stay 7-8 days not counting driving time and even though we have gone at least once a year for the last few years, we still do not get to do everything we would like.

We did 6 days last trip, the 4 main parks and 2 water parks, how we wished for an extra day. We were "stormed" out of BB, and tried hitting Downtown at night.

Next trip we are trying 7 days. 4 theme park days, 2 water park days and if we don't need the extra day to make up a "lost" park due to weather we will do DTD.

If this isn't enough next trip we will add a day. We have now trips planned for Sept. like no one there, we walked right on to rides and were done with all parks with HOURS to spare in each park (opening and closing times).

But even with being rained/stormed out of a park we were ready to head home after 6 days.

We usually do 7 days/7 nights, arriving on Saturday and departing the next Saturday. Occasionally we'll do 8 days/8 nights, arriving on Friday instead of Saturday.

In 2001 we did a WDW/beach vacation - 4 days at WDW then 7 days at the beach in Destin, FL. That was too long for us (especially DD who was 4 at the time). I was ready to go home half way thru the beach vacation. Yes, I'm a little off my rocker. ;)

We've allways done ten nights. I spend the whole time at disney and maybe one day at seaworld. Even thats never enough. My family always wonders how I can spend the entire time at disney and not get bored. :rotfl2: :cool1: It's very easy

Family trips are 7-9 nights, adults only 5 nights (our yearly excape!). We've stayed as long as 12 nights and as short as 2 nights (all the way from Ohio). The 12 night trip was fantastic. We slept in, went to both water parks, multiple days in each park. Wish we could manage that many nights every time.

Can't wait for retirement. 3 months in a 5th wheel in Ft. Wilderness every winter!

We did 7 nights, then we realized we needed more time so last year we did 8 nights and on that trip we said that 10 or more would be ideal to give us some extra time to relax and unwind. Now I'm planning a 12 night trip and I cannot wait! That said, I have also enjoyed some quick 4 night trips too-those are the "extra" trips when I find good flights!

My last trip was 12 days and honestly I wish I'd gone for longer. It was a pretty busy trip because we were celebrating my 50th birthday so I had a lot of friends and family along too and we planned quite a few special events. But I was disappointed about the things I missed. For example, we never got to Typhoon Lagoon (it rained the day we had planned to go) and I never did see the Osborne lights because we had other things planned. I really want my next WDW vacation to be at least 14 days.

After we'd been there about 5 or 6 days, I said something to my 4-year-old grandson about "when we go home" and he looked at me, quite horrified, and said "you mean we're going BACK!" Until that moment I think he believed we'd moved to POR permanently. If only...
