How long do you think it would take (Airport to CSR)

How long do you think it would take (assuming no traffic, plane lands at 230pm), details:

Plane lands at 2:30pm
Checked luggage must be picked up
Rental Car to be picked up
Drive to CSR
Check into CSR

how long would that all take? Would I be free and clear by 4pm? Or is that way off and it would take much longer? Thanks!

The drive itself is about 30 minutes. Assuming all else runs smoothly I think you be fine by 4:30p.

4 is doable assuming your luggage doesn't take forever and you avoid lines at rental counters. Strongly suggest you become a member of renter's program for whoever you rent from. Alamo/National is great with their check-in kiosks. Avis Preferred has your car waiting for you to just drive away.
