How long did your ROFR take?

If there is a post on this already, please point me in that direction, however if not, how long did your ROFR take? Our got submitted today through TTS and they said it could take up to 30 days but I'm wondering if it really does take that long. Thanks!

Just scroll down a little to the "Anyone made it through (or not made it through) ROFR recently?" thread. Most entries have a submitted and passed/refused date.

It took 10 days for us. We entered ROFR on July 7 and passed on July 17. We are still waiting to close.....it should be Aug. 22 or sooner.........i'm hoping for sooner.

we submitted on 5/21/07 and passed on 5/30/07. Closed on 7/5/07 and was in the system on 7/7/07

Minnie - we feel your 'pain' - we had ours submitted to ROFR on Aug 1st by the TSS and have not heard back yet.

The WORST part is checking you email everyday in anticipation ....and recieving emails from them.......so it gets your hopes up - but then when you open the email it end up being documents you need to send back.....

So here we are waiting.......

I hate to tell you this, but it took me 33 (yes, 33) days to pass ROFR. It was worth it--I just closed today!!!

Our offer was submitted July 30th, and ROFR was waived today, August 9. So it was about 11 days for us.

about 2 - LONG - weeks

ours was submitted to Disney on 8/6, we found out we passed ROFR on 8/11.
5 days, 2 of which were were the weekend.

Ours was submitted on 6/19 and finally passed ROFR on 7/11. So it took exactly 30 days for ours. We were supposed to close on Aug. 11, but the seller did not return the closing documents in time to close on that day. Needless to say, we had started this whole process on Jun 14 and were tired of waiting. So we backed out of that contract for 160 SSR (Feb UY), and will be calling our guide on Saturday for 160 AKV.
