I called at 2:00 p.m. and waited about 20 minutes - a very stressful 20 minutes!

I called in at 6:59 and was on hold for about an hour. I got my Pop ressie taken care of but couldn't get my WL and Cr ressie discounted because of computer problems. I almost had a heart attack! Cameron took my name and ph # and got it all set up and called me back about an hour and 1/2 late. I was so worried he wouldn't call back. Cameron is my hero today!!!

I was on hold just under 30 minutes (called around 12:30 CT) but the call took another 30 minutes at least to complete. The computers were very slow. She said everyone that could be on a phone was on a phone so the system must have been on overload. But I got what I needed so I'm happy.

I waited 42 minutes, started calling at 9am. Got AP rate for POR for April 22-26th, and AP rate for WL June 25-July 2nd.
