how long before you heard back from TGM for renewal code

I was at WDW in April going back in Decemeber, trying to get my renewal code discount from TGM. I have sent several emails no response except the auto one stating they got my email, how long did you have to wait. Thanks in advance.

I've renewed several times now and it usually takes a day or so to get back to me. I feel like one time was maybe 3 days.

Thanks so much for your reply. I have sent 2 emails over the last week and a half. I'll wait a few more days and try again. I was happy with the service and really want to plan!
