How long before flights will ME pickup be?

Your scheduled pick-up times will be 3 hours (plus or minus up to 15 minutes) before your scheduled flight departures.

Provide flight information for each guest. That way, those with earlier flights will be scheduled for earlier DME coaches.

Your DME pickup will be scheduled for three hours prior to your domestic flight's scheduled departure. It will be four hours if you are flying internationally. You will receive your pick up information on your door the day before you check out. The one listed is when your bus should depart your resort, meaning you need to be at the bus stop about 15 minutes before that time. If you are using RAC to check your bags, that needs to be completed at least three hours prior to your flight. So, of you are planning on doing something away from the resort prior to your flight, I would plan on being back at the resort at least 3 1/2 hours before your flight. This will give you time to retrieve your bags from bell services, check your luggage with RAC and still make it to your DME bus on time.

Just to clarify a few things... RAC is only open from 5a to 1p. As mentioned you must have finished checking your bags at least three hours before your flight.

For an example, if your flight is at 7:20pm, your assigned pickup time will be 4:20pm (+/- 15 minutes). You should be waiting to board the bus at least 15 minutes before that, so 4:05pm. That means you have your carry ons, have done your last minute shopping and bathroom breaks. If you're checking luggage via RAC, that would have to be done before 1pm.

However, if your flight is at 7:20am, your pickup will be at 4:20am (+/- 15 minutes), you should be waiting to board the bus at 4:05am, BUT you won't be able to utilize RAC because it doesn't open until 5.

Also if you flight is before 8a you must check your bags yourself at the airport

If you are spending the last hours at the parks, allow an hour for the bus to get you back. This way you can miss a bus and have one get delayed and still make it back in time to collect your bags from Bell services, freshen up etc.

I usually have to change from hot weather park clothes to ice cold airplane clothes so I allow enough time to change and repack my carry on--at SSR last month I even had time for a quick shower in the fitness center before DME picked me up.
