How Long Before Cruise Do Docs. Arrive?

I'm just curious, 'cuz I see people posting that they've rec'd docs for 10/27, and we're cruising 10/24. Do they come in the mail or via some other carrier? TIA!

Alot of folks that are going on the 10/26 are getting their docs I'm still waiting. I went to the Travel Office and they weren't there, I saw the Fed Ex guy, he didn't have them. I want my Docs too!

Disney comes by Fed Ex. To your TA's office or to your home.

We are sailing on the Magic 10/12 and received our docs on September 10th.

We are doing a land/sea package that starts on 10/20 and the cruise portion starts 10/24. We just got our tickets yesterday. Good luck

We sail on 9/26..this upcoming thursday..and we got our docs on tuesday (9/17). My mother was LIVID. she called the TA at least once a day for a week and every day they had the same answer: "well, they said they sent them overnight...we'll call them and call you back." we were starting to get a little panicky. customer service has really taken a turn for the worse, especially our TA's office. but hey, we got our doc's and I leave in less than a week for a carribean cruise, I'm not complaining too much!!

Our travel agent said 1 week prior to the trip.

I think it really depends on lots of different factors. For instance if you do you own air, or are driving, or if you are doing a combined land and sea, or if you are doing a land portion you booked yourself versus a complete package, or if you have a room guarantee, may have an affect. I know some folks get them almost six weeks out while others get them a couple of weeks in advance. If could also make a difference if you booked your trip directly through DCL, or through a travel agent.

Whahoooo- I am on the Oct 24th cruise too......I got my docs on Monday this week (Spet.16) He tried to deliver them on Friday last week (Sept 13) but missed me. Hope you guys get yours soon, and hey- I'll see you on the ship!! I am so excited. Are you guys that are going on the Oct 24th cruise going to wear a lime green ribbon?

We are on the 10/27 cruise and our documents arrived to our TA on 9/17. I had originally booked directly with Disney but later transfered to a friend of mine who is a TA. We booked our own air and have room guarentee so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with them coming earlier. I'm sure that you will get yours soon.

I have not received mine yet. I have no airfare and booked with DVC. Am wondering where they are???
