We average about 6hrs
got to MNSSHP at 4pm - dinner at Crystal Palace - left after 10pm parade
day at EpCot & day at AK both about 6hrs
day we hopped from MK to MGM to EpCot about 6hrs

are your park days shorter in the summer? Im seeing that last Aug parks closed about 830/9pm (except EpCot at 10)

Our park days depend on different variables. If it is scorching hot, we go to Epcot, and spend most of our day in Future World. Once we spent 4 hours in Innoventions alone. We also tend to hit Epcot when it rains. I'd say we probably spend about 6 hours at Epcot, 4-5 hours at MK, 4 hours at Animal Kingdom and MGM.

On typical MK day we spend 10+ hours in the park. Other parks probably a bit less.

We average about 8 hrs at MK and 5-6hrs at the other parks. We would love to stay from start to finish but the dd's are still young (4&5). As it is we push them to their absolute limit. 9 times out of 10 they still end up unhappy when leaving the park regardless of how long we have been there. That being said we head back to the resort throw them in the pool and then back to one of the parks for dinner and fireworks so I guess we spend even more time in the parks then I thought. We just love it!!!

We stay all day!!! We are there for EE and leave when the park closes....of course, we only visit one park at a time each year!!

We usually go for 5 hours at the most. We like to hang out at the Poly pool just as much as going to the parks.

we went to MK last year , it was HOT day, ( late june) and we arrived at 915 for PS at the castle....my DH and MIL left for a biit ( had to take someone to airport) my girls and i stayed at the park..we left at 11pm LOL!
we are not doing that again this time  my the 11 year old was so wiped that she fell asleep on the monorail!!!!! ( 3 year old was still going strong LOL!)
we are going to try to do half days this time .....

For us, about 3 hours--that's averaging all the parks together.

But then,. we've done WDW 27 times, so we pick and choose, go to our favorite attractions, skip any long waits, then out of the parks for swimming, miniature golf, etc

ALL DAY.....early entry to last fireworks....if it is a "short park day" such as AK we go to another park in evening for fireworks:Pinkbounc

We'll spend about 8 hours a day in the parks, but we try not to be in any park for much more than 5 hours at a time. We usually take an afternoon break and then head back out to a park to end the night.

Yep, us too! Only we don't do EE, but go the the park that had EE the day before right at opening time.
I don't know if we will EVER get out of the mind set "Got to get the most for our money." Or maybe now it is more like "Got to get as much Disney as we can!" :teeth:

I would say 6-7 hours average. We go in off season when the park hours are shorter. Plus we take an afternoon break for a nap for our kiddo. Factor in eating time for sit-down meals and that is a full day.

Our day is similar to DisneyKidds - 4 to 5 hours morning and early afternoon, a rest till late afternoon, then 3 or 4 hours in the evening. We are generally done by 8:30 or 9:00. Our kids are 4 and 6.

Several years ago before we had kids we would spend about 10hrs a day in the parks.

We usually do an EE park until about 1 to 2. Then back to the pool and some rest time. Back to a park around 5 or 6 for dinner and some fireworks and last minute rides. So I gues about 8 - 9 hours but my sons are 14 and 19.

Same here except we do early entry only occasionally. We love spending most of our time in the parks! There's just something about the atmosphere in them that makes us want to stay once we're there. Even people watching is more fun in the parks! ::yes:: :teeth: :hyper:

Hey Foxfire I can't wait till my little ones are old enough to let me people watch. The longest I have ever sat in one spot at the parks is the parade. Even then up and down to take photos! When does it become about me again

When MK is open late, anywhere from 8 to 11 hours (not inlcuding the break we take in the afternoon.

Same with Epcot, we are there open to close, often with no break that day (we dont' have kids!).

AK we go at open and stay til 1 or 2 so that's only 5 or 6 hours tops.

MGM, open until around dinner. If it wasn't for Fantasmic, we'd leave at around dinner time, but we always wind up hanging out for the show.

From 30 minutes until they open until one hour after they close. I have to get my moneys worth! Also, we've never left during the day for a break. I can't imagine doing that.

DH always tells people he needs a vacation after my Disney vacations.

I can't explain it, but if I'm spending all that money then I'm going to spend all my time in the parks. Guess it's my 'always budgeting mentality'.

We only went one day solid from 9am-9pm (park hopped from Epcot to MK). The other days we went early in the morning, took a break from 4-6 or so and then hit another park until 9/10.

We thought we'd be able to last all day but with the 90 degree heat we soon realized our kids couldn't handle it (8,6&4). A swim at the hotel and supper cooked in our room energized everyone to keep going :)

Count DD and I in for open to close! AND then we head to Pleasure Island! We usually average about 4 hours of sleep each night we are there, we just can't get enough!

When we went for the Millenium celebration we went on a simulator ride in Millenium Village @ Epcot, I believe it was Journey to Israel. Well, they put us in comfy seats and shut out the lights and...well neither of have no idea what the ride was all about because we fell asleep!! We thought about getting in line again, and then thought that two naps might be too much!! lol

We definately need a vacation after our Disney Vacations.
