How long are your hold times today?

Had no trouble making an AP rate POP reservation this morning but in MDE my sister's name is showing up under that reservation but without tickets and without a park reservation. She does show up under our previous reservation with tickets and a park reservation so I can't cancel that one until I get this straightened out.

Currently at at one hour, ten minutes on the 7765 number after having not been able to get through at all for half an hour. This summer will forever be remembered as the Covid summer and on-hold-with-Disney summer. I imagine they'll cut the music shortly.

How are/were wait times for others today?

I waited 5 minutes at 1:00 pm EST today. I called 407-939-5277. Got a really good CM too.

Used the 7866 number and once I got connected I was picked up immediately. The CM was initially confused asking how I got the number (I said a friend lol) but she warmed up and was pretty friendly and helpful.

I used the 7866 number this morning. Only about a 5 minute wait, but I got a horrible CM. The call was completely not worth it and she was bordering a pretty rude.

The woman said it's supposed to be for assisting guests who are booked at closed resorts. I'm pretty sure it takes you straight to guest services. The first two times I called that number, I was moving from a closed resort, so maybe that's why they didn't question it? I don't know. Some people have reported CMs being confused or curious how they found that number, but I feel like it's the number where people have had the most success and least stress, so I'd say it's worth it.

Although, today around 4pm I called 407-939-7630 to make a room request and (after the recorded prompts) was connected to a CM immediately.
