How likely to get request at AS?

We are planning a trip for mid December 03 and will be staying on site for the first time. We know we will stay at the All Stars for budget and the great theming for the kids. My boys want to stay at ASMo in the Toy Story building and their second choice is to stay at ASSp. If we book Movies and request Toy Story building, how likely is it that we would get it? We don't have any other specific requests, that would be it. How often do you not even get the building you request?

Also, I know in the past Movies has been excluded from the code discounts. Is that still the case?

I have stayed at Movies three times now and NEVER got my location request granted. I have asked for Toy Story and Dalmatians and have always received a room in the Love Bug section. It may have to do with the time of day you check in. All three times we have checked in later in the day (after 5:00pm). I know some people have received rooms located as requested, so it is not hopeless. Good luck!

I'm not sure if this is helpful or not...but we have stayed at the All Star Sports during the summer months (Very Busy) and both times we received the rooms that we requested. The last time we wanted a certain view and one on the main floor and we still had no problem getting it. We do check in around 1:00 and tell them that if the room isn't ready at the time we will wait. Which both times we didn't have to wait for very long to get the room we wanted

We've stayed at the Music & Movies one time each and gotten our request each time.We only had a simple request(which building)and checked in around noon-ish.Good luck to you!
