Probably. We've been there several times when capacity was met. We use to eat Christmas dinner at CP. And aim to get to the park at least 3 to 4 hours before our late lunch ADR.

Highly likely. Historically the week between xmas and ny's is the busiest of the year. The parks generally do reach capacity on these days.

the fact that it falls on a Friday after a holiday this year, I'd say its going to happen. The last time it fell there I was out there, and it closed fairly early.

3 day weekends (next 3 years) are gonna be super bad for those days between xmas and new years.

Speaking personally, my large, multinational company (140K+ employees worldwide) changed our Christmas days off from the 24th and the 25th to the 25th and the 26th this year, and I'm sure we're not alone. I would actually expect the 26th to be even more busier than the 25th, with capacity closures lasting longer throughout the day than on the 25th, but that's just a guess. A 10 is a 10, so it's going to be miserably crowded both days!
