How late are the counter service restaurants (particularly CHH) usually open when when the are emh til midnight?

It depends, but on nights with EMH, you can always see the hours from the MDE app and it will give you and idea.

It will vary. The next two evening EMHs at the MK are on March 6 and March 13.

EMH on March 6 is 9-11 PM. CHH closes at 8 PM
EMH on March 13 is 11-1AM CHH closes at 9 PM

CHH's hours could change, but that's what is listed currently.

If you go to the Dining reservation page and under ""Dining Experiences" uncheck "Reservations Accepted" it will then include the CS restaurants and you can check hours for the next couple of weeks.
