How late to arrive for Happily Ever After?

I'm going to the Villains After Hours Party this Friday 2/14, and was hoping to catch HEA beforehand. How late can I show up if I'm a solo traveler who doesn't need the best view of the show? As long as I can get an okay view of the projections and fireworks I'd be pretty happy!

For reference, I'm planning on arriving at 7PM, and I have a FP+ for Mickey at Town Square. Let's say that takes from 7PM to 7:15PM. Then, I was going to walk to PeopleMover (7:15-7:25), wait in line (7:25-7:35) and then ride it (7:35-7:45). If I start walking over at that time, will I be able to make it to HEA? I have a FP+ for Enchanted Tales with Belle after HEA, so I would ideally stand in the middle or right side.

When I went to Disneyland, they put up ropes to corral people in - do they do that at Disney World as well? Or is it just one big blob that a solo traveler can manage to wiggle their way in through?

I think it depends on where you want to be (hub vs Tomorrowland bridge)... I know you could be on Tomorrowland bridge around 7:45 and get a decent spot

You'll have no trouble at all as a solo worming your way to a decent spot, even in the Hub. I've never done it for HEA since I usually do the dessert party, but I did it for the Xmas party fireworks. CMs will direct crowds accordingly but you should be fine.

Do they put up ropes or anything? I don't think it will be a problem worming through as a solo traveller, but if they put up ropes, then I'll have no chance to get out of the walkways right?

I've never seen them put ropes up for HEA. Just the parade. Usually CMs just yell at folks to move lol.

No ropes. U will have no problems getting a prime view, especially if u are willing to worm your way through the crowds. That said, Tomorrowland Bridge is easy, low stress with an ok view.
