How late is the BW main pool (slide) open till?

I love pool slides, especially the one at the BW (pool hopped there last Jan.)! We'll be there in mid April, 2005. Any idea how late it'll be open till at night then?

They keep the slide open until the lifeguards leave, and from what I remember, that is kind of a loose schedule.

My guess is, you are probably in pretty good shape to use the slide until at least 8 PM, but definitely no later than 10 PM.

The POOL was open till 10PM, but when I was there 5 weeks ago they closed the slide at 5PM. It was a very slow time, so perhaps they keep the slide open later when it's busier.

When we were there they didn't kick anyone out after the official closing. Everyone jumped back in. No sweat.

The OP asked specifically about the slide, and that's what I was responding to when I said it was closed at 5 during my last visit. The slide has a door leading to it that they lock when the slide is closed. Plus they put a HUGE fishnet-type thing covering the slide exit when they close it. So I can see how you can jump in the pool whether or not it is officially opened but you wouldn't be able to use the slide once they have the entrance locked and the slide blocked with the netting.

The slide definately opens later in the am and closes earlier in the pm than the pool itself. Has every time I have been there anyway.

I would suggest calling the resort and asking to speak with the Rec Manager to find out how they usually time it.

We just got back today from BWV. The pool slide was open until 8 p.m. That's when the lifeguards leave. We were able to swim in the pool at 9:30 p.m. one night but there were no lifeguards there. The hot tub was also open. Felt great after a day at the parks!
