How late is the Tambu Lounge open? We're expecting to get to the POLY around 10PM the night we arrive and was hoping we would have time to stop by there after we check in.

FYI - In October we got there around 11 or so (I'm pretty sure of this) and the bar was open but the kitchen was closed. We went down to the POLY counter service and barely made it there in time to order a flatbread. We were STARVING!
