Bob has been on vacation the last 2 trips we've made, but hopefully we'll see him this year. Question is how long does the show/shows go? Does he do 1 at 830 and then break and start another at 1030? We have an ADR at the Yachtsman at 7:25 and then a walk around the Boardwalk and then a drive to POR....hoping to catch the late show....even if we have to stand.TIA!

What day of the week?
On Friday/Saturday he'll sometimes even start a 3rd set, albeit a very short one.
I'm not sure if your times are right though, I think 8:30/10:30 is too late for each set. But I'd have to look it up. You probably want to cut out the walk around the Boardwalk
If you are going to the late show you won't have to stand. I've never seen standing room for a second set (we stay at POR a lot)

Ang....its the 27th of Sept...a Thursday. I've heard that the 830 show is tamer...for the kids...and that sometimes the late show starts around 1030??? If we eat from 7:25 to 8:30.....and leave the Boardwalk by 9:30...we should be allright....no? Good to hear that the late show isnt SRO!!! :)

Eh, It's Disney, it's Bob. It's all kid friendly approved as far as we were concerned. We bring DGD(10) to both of his shows. She adores Bob and opts to catch his shows vs. returning to the parks. Bought his CDs and plays them at home (have one in my car right now). We'll usually make the early show but not early enough to get a seat so we stand around and listen then we grab a seat and stick around for the later show(s).

And yeah, looking up the times, it seems 8:30/10:30 are right. No surprise my aging memory was faulty ;) So your timing looks good.

YehaaBob plays from 8PM to Midnight Wednesday through Saturday. It's basically 3 sets and I've seen kids in there until the end sometimes. It's all family friendly from start to finish.

Every time I've gone, there have been three shows (sets) each evening, with two breaks separating them. The start times are approximate and can vary, but usually the first show starts around 8:30PM, the second show starts around 10:30PM, and the last show starts around 11:15PM. The last show usually ends around 11:45PM.

He was on vacation the last week of August last year. We go in 2 days. I hope he's there next week. Need my Bob fix!
